Customer Service

Asprey Homes aims to deliver the highest level of customer service. We will ensure that the move into your new home is as smooth as possible. Prior to legal completion your home will be inspected in detail by our Quality Control Manager. Our Sales Advisor will then invite you to attend a demonstration and inspection of your new home a few days before you are due to complete your purchase.

Our dedicated Customer Service Team are on hand to answer any questions that you may have after legal completion. Our Customer Service Department is open 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
