Safety On Site

Building sites can be dangerous places and your safety is paramount to us. All visitors to our developments must be accompanied by our Sales Advisor or Selling Agent who will ensure that you enter plots at the safest point. You will be provided with a hard hat and it is essential that you wear this at all times out on site especially in areas with scaffolding.

It is important that you are seen at all times, especially where site vehicles are in use. You will be provided with a high visibility vest. Please also ensure that you wear sensible footwear when on site. Children are not allowed on site except at the discretion of the member of staff accompanying you, depending on the stage of construction.
