Asprey Homes occasionally offer Part Exchange on selected developments to make moving to your brand new 'Asprey' home even easier.
Our Sales Advisor will first ask you about your property to ensure that it meets our criteria. We will then instruct three local independent Estate Agents to value your
property based on the current market conditions and to achieve a sale within four weeks. Following receipt of the valuations we can discuss the possibility of an offer
for your property, subject to survey, mortgage valuation and contract. If you are happy with the offer your purchase of your brand new home will begin.
